  1. Agreement

By using this website you:

    • enter into a legally binding agreement with Earth-Touch, which agreement is governed by English law,

    • acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions,

    • acknowledge that you agree to these terms and conditions, and

    • warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into legal agreements, alternatively that you are being assisted by your parent or legal guardian.

If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions you should immediately exit this site.

  1. Registration

    • In order to make full use of this website you will need to register with Earth-Touch, using the registration facilities provided on this website. This will require you to disclose certain information to Earth-Touch, and this disclosure will be regulated by clause 7 (privacy). You warrant that the information which you disclose to Earth-Touch is true and correct.

    • Once you register, Earth-Touch will provide you with a User ID and Password. You are required to keep this information secret. You warrant that you will not allow anyone else to use this information.

  2. Rights to materials

    • All the intellectual property and other rights existing in the website and the materials appearing on it belong to Earth-Touch and/or its licensees. As a user of this website, you acquire no rights other than the right to download materials for personal, non-commercial use, and you undertake not to use materials in any other way. Simply by way of example, you acquire no right to distribute materials from the website to third parties, or to establish any link with this website.

    • If you wish to acquire any further rights, you can apply for such authority by sending an e-mail request to info@earth-touch.com. If Earth-Touch fails to respond to such a request, this will not be deemed to be consent. Please note that the materials contain security features which enable Earth-Touch to establish when unauthorised use has been made of the materials.

  3. Warranties and limitation of liability

    • Although Earth-Touch takes the greatest care in compiling the website, it makes no representations or warranties about the website or any of its content.

    • You use this website at your own risk. Earth-Touch will not be responsible for any loss or damage, including consequential loss or damage, which you may sustain as a result of your use of, or reliance upon anything contained in, this website.

    • You indemnify and agree to hold harmless Earth-Touch for any claims which may be brought against it arising out of your use of the website.
